Annual General Meeting

This is on Saturday 12 September in the Nelson Station (10am start).
Every Brigade has the right to send only 1 voting delegate to the AGM, which they will have voting rights. Any additional attendees with be classified as an observer without voting rights. Please view at the bottom of this event for the Notification of Delegate Form. Once completed please send this to Steve.Smith2@fireandemergency.nz, no later then the 31st July.
We have a couple of guest speakers attending this years AGM:
- Megan Stiffler (Deputy National Commander / Deputy Chief Executive Operational Response )
- Bill Butzbach (UFBA Chief Executive Officer)

This year we have the following positions up for application:
- Junior Vice President
- Challenge Panel Convener
- Challenge Panel Member
- Treasurer and/or Secretary

WHAT’S NEXT?
Please have any remits or role nominations to Steve.Smith2@fireandemergency.nz no later than 31 July. On or about that date the agenda will be finalized and sent to everyone along with the minutes from last year. If you intend coming to the AGM please ensure you have had a look at last year’s minutes before you get there. This will avoid the need to read them out at the meeting saving time on the day.
